Aluminum composite panel is an ideal material for decoration; while in the meantime, it can lead to very serious casualties, when a fire accident happens, because the normal core polyethylene is really inflammable. To overcome its short points and to increase ACP popularity, by adding fire retarding materials into the normal low density PE, fully mixing and melting the mixture through a special technique, Renoxbell has successfully manufactured fireproof aluminum composite panel.
There are two kinds of fire retarding materials available to be added, magnesium hydrate and aluminum hydrate. Adding aluminum hydrate is the most popular product technique, which are also adopted by German Alucobond, Japan Mitsubishi. According to our test, when the fireproof core materials contain 70% of aluminum hydrate, the fireproof property will be the most optimum.
